WHAT OUR CLIENTS ARE SAYING...
“Jacob really took care of me throughout the process. He communicated regularly, educated me, always had time for me, and took care of everything. I couldn’t be happier and would hire him again. He also got me more than I thought possible.”
“Jacob was very good to my family throughout the whole process. He really made us feel like he cared for our well being not just the money like most lawyers. Jacob made the process very easy for us. I'd recommend his services to anyone.”
“Jacob helped me through a motor vehicle accident case, he came to my house and he handled everything, all the paper work. He is good at what he does, he keeps you updated and informed and was able to settle my case fairly quickly, I would recommend him to all my friends and family. Thank you Jacob for all your hard work.”

Personal Injury Protection (PIP) Benefits Claims
Oregon law requires that when you’ve been in a car accident, your insurance company needs to pay for all of your related medical care, up to at least $15,000. These are known as PIP benefits. When insurers don’t honor their end of the contract, it can sometimes mean the injured party’s access to medical care will be cut off. Here is a sampling of some of those claims we’ve advocated for:

*Every case is different. Injury cases are complicated and involve multiple factors, such as the type of injury suffered, degree of reasonable medical treatment needed, level of permanent impairment, credibility of witnesses, certainty of liability, amount of available insurance, etc. Also, the settlement/award will vary depending upon whether medical bills are included in that sum, or if they have been paid by another source. Nothing on this website should serve as a guarantee of any particular result.
